Over 15 years leading brand and integrated marketing.
We've never lived in a more distracted world. The amount of information and straight clutter is overwhelming. Add to that the reality of how much people are juggling and taking on, and you quickly realize that a brand isn't just competing with its competitors anymore. It's competing with all the things on a person's mind: Work. Family. News. Travel plans. Text messages. What's for dinner. The list is LONG.
In this world, being "good" at something isn't enough. The brands that win are the ones doing more to stand out and get noticed, remembered and loved. That's what drives my work.
My goal is always the same: uncover what makes a brand meaningfully different and express it in a way that's both strategically sound and impossible to ignore.
I've led brand transformations and rebrands, from strategy and positioning through execution. I've also led full brand, product and communications functions, including brand strategy, go-to-market, creative, content, social, influencer, partnerships, PR / corporate comms, and product and segment marketing. But I've also done the work without the team, and I genuinely love both.
Over the last 15+ years, I've worked across 10+ different industries, including healthcare, consumer products, footwear, finance, mobility, travel and tourism, tech, non-profit, and more. Working across many categories has helped shape the way I think. Every industry has its own set of conventions, and I've found that the strongest ideas often come from looking beyond them. Some of the most distinctive brands and ads (think Liquid Death, Ramp, Red Bull, Hint) borrow inspiration from unexpected places, like other categories, instead of following the same playbook as everyone else.
I believe the best brand leaders are able to bridge business objectives with creative thinking to build brands that don't just look or act different, but drive growth. That's what I love doing.
